Rates For 2020-21

We operate everyday starting Thursday December 10 2020 until Wednesday March 17 2021.

Our online booking system runs from late summer through the season end, and knows when we have space. Or you can get in touch and we'll check availability for you on the dates you want.

Space is limited, so book as far in advance as possible to guarantee your spot, especially if you're bringing a group. Don't worry though, if you just found out about us and you're in Whistler right now, we can usually squeeze you in for the best powder day of your life, with as little as one or two days notice.

Please read the waiver which you must complete the night before your trip at 4154 Village Stroll Whistler BC Canada.

We take all credit cards but not Amex, and we don't bill your card until the day of your trip with us.

COVID-19

Due to the unpredictable and fluid nature of weather and COVID-19 please be aware that we ask you to have flexibility in your booking dates. We may ask to alter your dates to get you the best conditions we can or to ensure that we have enough space for you.

Snowcat Rates

If you need to cancel for any reason 24 hours or more before your trip begins you get all your money back.
There are no refunds for cancellations for any reason less than 24 hours before your trip begins.

Public Cat

The daily cost is $599 Cdn per person per day
You get a full day of backcountry cat skiing/ snowboarding in our 4,300 acre tenure
An average day is 7,000 to 10,000 vertical feet with between 6-9 runs

Private Cat

The daily cost is $5,550 Cdn per vehicle per day
You and a cat full of your friends get a full day of backcountry cat skiing/ snowboarding in your private cat in our 4,300 acre tenure

Due to COVID 19 and to encourage smaller groups to ride together our private cats are on sale! For 2020-21 only book your exclusive cat for $5,550 Cdn plus applicable taxes (down from $6,999Cdn).

Four Run Heli

The daily cost is $1,050 Cdn per person per day
The 4 run package usually averages 6,000 - 10,000 vertical feet
Extra runs may be purchased when conditions permit

Optional Evacuation Insurance

Although accidents are rare and evacuation is rarer, sometimes it's necessary.

Heliskiing and Catskiing Evacuation Insurance

The typical helicopter extraction cost from our tenure is $2,000, and for extraction by snowcat or snowmobile it's around $1,500. Powder Mountain Heliskiing and Catskiing Inc needs to be able to choose the most suitable vehicle for any extraction based on our assessment of the situation.
For an optional $50 Cdn daily charge per person, our insurance covers your costs for transportation from the injury site to the the public highway. It does not cover medical or other expenses.
If you do not take this optional insurance and you require evacuation, we reserve the right to charge your evacuation costs to the card used to book the trip. Where several people are booked on one card, and where our insurance is not purchased, that card will be charged with any evacuation cost for any of the people booked with it.
You can add the insurance option to any of our packages.

To ski or ride with us you need to sign a paper copy of our waiver

We ask that you read and understand our waver before making a booking with us.

To ski or ride with us you must sign a paper copy of our waiver. We have waivers for you to sign before your trip in our shop at 4154 Village Stroll Whistler BC Canada. Alternatively we have copies available for signing at our lodge on the day of your trip.
